Prior to practising full-time as a Health Coach and Therapist, Raewyn spent six years in Banking, leading a corporate wellbeing programme designed to address 21st Century health conditions, such as stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, back and neck pain, and obesity. Her philosophy is rooted in chronic disease prevention and lifestyle optimisation. 

As a Health Coach and Therapist, she helps clients in a one to one setting, uncover the root cause of their stress by examining modifiable lifestyle factors: Rest, Recovery, Relaxation, Mindset, Nutrition and Movement. 

She helps clients get clarity and direction in all areas of their lives so that they can feel better, look better, and live better. 

Raewyn graduated in 2006 with a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Since then, she has undertaken further professional development in Hypnobirthing, Life Coaching, Nutrition, Positive Psychology, Rehabilitative Pilates and Single-Session Smoking Cessation.

She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society in the UK, the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council, and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
