Sam has had a vast range of experience within in professional sports and private practice.
Having started at a clinic working a long side patients at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital his passion for helping and encouraging people to move through pilates and aid patients needs through manual therapy grew.
After working at the RNOH as a volunteer as a soft tissue therapist he went on further to study and take up his level 5 in Sports and Remedial massage therapy and found himself in a role as an intern at Crystal Palace Football Club which lead him into a Part- Time role and has been at the club for 3 years. His passion for professional sports has grown over the years and enjoyed the intensity it brings. Sam has also worked for Championship Rugby and been on the massage teams during Ride London and London marathon.
Learning and progressing within the health and medical field is never ending and exciting. Sam is at the moment studying to become a pilates teacher focusing on the rehabilitation side of it and the benefits it can bring.
At the moment Sam is interested in the hips, TMJ and he has a keen interest in the shoulder and the biomechanics of it. The human body is exciting and challenging and never ending.
